Translation: Everything that the king commands, which goes against what God commands, has no legal force, nor is the king who does so.

 

Comment: whoever acts like a tyrant cannot be called a king, or a vassal of Christ worthy of this name - the foundation of tyranny is love for oneself, even contempt for God. Precisely because he despises the source of true power, which is God, this person thinks he can use and abuse power without limits. If this affects Christ's vassals, the same thing affects Christ's vicars who are elected to occupy the Chair of Saint Peter while the true God and true Man does not return to Earth for the second time.
