Lessons from things I learned about the American constitutional experience during the Vietnam War

1) During the Vietnam War, the hippies, inspired by the Frankfurt ideas of Herbert Marcuse, contained in his work Eros and Civilization, repeated this mantra, as if they were all parrots: "make love, but don't make war".

2) From a historical point of view, this is the stupidest thing you can do. In Ancient Rome, the Roman emperors legalized prostitution to the point that brothels charged tax on sexual services, in the same way as the tax on the circulation of goods and services (ICMS) or even the ISSQN (Tax on services of any nature), of municipal scope. This tax was used to fund wars of conquest against Rome's enemies - and these wars were not based on a Just War, as the Catholic Church has always defended, as the pagan world was based on the false conservatism and materialism - a stupid and unmeasured ambition was enough that entire civilizations and peoples were wiped off the map.

3) If America did not have such a liberal constitution that paved the way for this stupidity, these internal enemies of America, who acted through the aspect of cultural Marxism, would be repressed by the police, since the actions of these barbarians were disguised as freedom of expression, which was used in order to paralyze American action in order to protect the republic of Saigon, threatened by communism - and action against communism is a case of just war, in the context of the Law of Nations, as it offends God and to all that is most sacred.

4) Even though the American Constitution works and has established a solid tradition of freedom, it is not capable of responding to the challenges of current times, especially when the enemy uses his opponent's strength against himself, as we see in cultural Marxism. An example of this is the low fair strategy, which makes judicial activism viable and relativizes everything that is most sacred. But I think it would be reckless for me to propose to my listeners in America that a second constitution be created in order to update what was established by its founding fathers, since the political elite that governs America does not have public figures of the same kind and quality as those of that time.

5) For this reform to be carried out, you would need Americans, from the base of the pyramid, with excellent cultural training, something that today's education no longer produces, as the average American is a very mediocre figure, much worse than the lowest figures I know in Brazil.
